Bladderly is a digital bladder diary with AI sound analytics.
It automatically measures and records urinary volume from the sound.
What is a bladder diary?
A bladder diary is a tool to better understand your bladder symptoms. It helps you keep track of how much liquid you drink, how often you urinate, and when you feel urgency or experience leakage.
When is a bladder diary used?
Healthcare providers may use bladder diaries to evaluate urinary frequency or urgency for diagnosis of overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. Also, patients can use bladder diaries to monitor their own bladder patterns and understand what kind of habit changes may be needed.
Why Bladderly?

How to use Bladderly
1
Begin logging when you wake up each day. Take notes throughout the day and continue until you complete 24 hours. For examples, if you wake up at 7 am on the first day of your diary, then take notes until 7 am the next day.
2
Write down how much you drink. Measuring the amount is helpful.
3
Measure your urination to get how much you urinate during both the day and night. Take your mobile phone to every bathroom trip until you have finished your diary. It is okay if you missed any measurements. You can always add your data manually.
4
It’s best to keep a diary for at least three days. A one-day diary may not provide enough information to give a true picture of your bladder condition. Also, the three days you keep your diary don’t have to be three days in a row. Any three days you choose will be fine as long as they represent three “typical days”. Record as many days as you need to know your bladder.
According to your bladder diary, try to make lifestyle changes to reduce your symptoms. These changes may also be called behavioral therapy. This could mean you change drinking habits and pre-plan bathroom visits to feel better. Many people find these changes help.
